The executive team of Citadium Rasht entertainment business center established a well-equipped worker’s residence in the project site in line with the welfare of the workers.

Due to the large number of workers working in the Rasht Citadium project, the Rasht Citadium executive team decided to build a well-equipped residence for the dear workers. For this purpose, we chose an abandoned shed located in a part of the project. The height inside this shed was 6 meters, which was divided into two 3-meter floors by a metal structure, and each floor had 6 rooms with an area of ​​about 40 square meters. Each room contains 8 double-decker beds, which has a total capacity of 192 people. The capacity of the other accommodation in the complex is 58 people, which means that in total, the Rasht Citadium project has the capacity to accommodate 250 people with all the basic amenities.

One of the points that we attach importance to in The One Iranian Company as the developer of Rasht Citadium commercial entertainment center is quality. This quality is important for the collection at the time of execution, at the time of setup and at the time of operation. Therefore, we allocated a part of the project site to a dedicated kitchen for cooking food for the executive forces of the complex. Among the other amenities that are considered in this complex for the well-being of dear workers, we can mention split cooling system, package heating system, toilets and bathrooms.

Rasht Citadium commercial entertainment center is under construction on a land with an area of ​​approximately 51,300 square meters and an infrastructure of approximately 134,000 square meters on the Rasht-Anzali road, not reaching the police road of Khammam. The first phase of operation of Rasht Citadium will be put into operation in March 1400 with the presence of Hyperstar store and other prominent brands in the retail industry.
