Asset management

Asset management refers to any system that monitors and maintains the valuable assets of an individual or group. The term may be applied to both tangible assets such as buildings and intangible assets such as human resources, intellectual capital, and financial assets. Asset management is a systematic process that includes the implementation, maintenance, upgrading, sales, value creation, profit sustainability, and asset value management.
This term is most commonly used in the world of financial analysis and in the context of investment management and corporate finance, and refers to individuals and companies that handle various investment matters on behalf of others. An advisor or service company manages the financial assets of its clients in matters related to investments, funding, accounting, insurance payments, and taxes.
It may manage. For example, the decisions that investment managers make regarding the assets of a pension fund are an example of investment management.

In another sense, asset management refers to consulting services. In this term, asset management is the process of ensuring the condition of tangible and intangible assets, which includes maintaining, modifying, upgrading, and using them in the best possible context and obtaining the highest return on the product.
The difference between the first and second meanings is that in the first meaning, management is about money or financial assets, and in the second, management is about the management of non-financial assets such as land and buildings.

The goal of asset management in the real estate sector is to direct the initial capital in a way that, through a secure investment in the real estate sector, maximizes the income and profit from an investment and converts the initial capital into income and then into financial capital.
Asset managers oversee the life of a building (usually a high-rise) and are responsible for ensuring that investors’ initial capital is invested in the construction market in the best possible way and that it yields the highest possible return in the best possible time frame. They provide advisory services from initial decisions, including the type of construction, to the operating model, and then property transfer plans to land and building owners, in order to achieve greater profitability.
Asset management in the second sub-category can be divided into activities related to investment and profit-making and activities related to building maintenance and upkeep. Preservation, maintenance, promotion, brand improvement and similar services that maintain the value of a building over time are called property management.
