Coexistence of taste and sound: Nawabij is a campaign aimed at branding for Gilani families

Navabij is the name of another festival from the series of programs before the opening of Citadium Rasht shopping center, which was planned and held with the aim of understanding the behavior of the future audience group of this complex. as the developer of Rasht Citadium, The One Iranian believes that today advertising programs, especially for construction projects with a wide audience, have taken on a new identity, and along with old methods, modern and innovative methods should be used. One of these methods is holding events that enable the management group of a business project to talk with the audience and directly understand their needs, tastes and culture.

Citadium’s taste and music festival named Navabij was held on May 12th and 13th this year, and due to the wide acceptance, it was extended to May 14th and 15th. Navabij Citadium Festival was looking for a new experience in the field of cuisine and music of Gilan earth, and due to its attractive concept, many families were guests of Rasht Citadium during these 4 nights.

The One Iranian intended to hold this festival to model a part of the Rasht Citadium project and to show its policies and approaches to the audience of this project, and on the other hand, by understanding their behavior correctly, it would improve the concept. “Ethnic Hall” on the second floor of the Citadium shopping center is a place to taste the special flavors of Gilan province; Where you can get and taste the local dishes of Gilan province or innovative dishes with local materials of Gilan province in the form of small food presses. Ethnik Hall plans to present to the audience all the processes related to Gilan cooking, from the raw materials to the cooking process, cooking performance, cooking academy… Therefore, Navabij festival was designed and planned with this concept in mind.

The different parts of Navabij included 5 food stations with different concepts, a station selling Gilan quality products, musical performance and cooking performance, and in the research part, by inviting 2 active speakers in the field of food tourism in Gilan province to examine important issues in Gilan’s specialized food and beverage sector. Navabij food stations include 5 reputable food brands of Rasht city in the field of seafood, desserts and sweets, hot and cold drinks, bread, sandwiches and hot food in a modern appearance but inspired by the kitchen of Gilan with a menu designed to the taste of Navabij. They used 5 cooking performances were performed by creating Gilan food plates, with organic raw materials and up-to-date in the Gilan market. Cooking with the originality of Gilani, but in a different and creative moment, whose appeal was doubled with the artistic improvisations of notes and sounds, and created a new combination of senses in the world of cooking and music.

This festival was designed in line with the development and exploitation of the creative concept of Rasht’s Ethnic Hall Citadium, focusing on the supply of organic products and registered flavors in Gilan province, with the identity of Rasht, UNESCO’s Creative Gastronomy City, which was not well received by the people of this province. And the passengers were facing.
