The draft contract for the presence of Hyperstar in Urmia Citadium, a step in the direction of increasing tourism in the city of Rasht

In the middle of the winter days of 2017, the draft contract for Hyperstar’s presence in Rasht Citadium was signed by the parties.

The French Carrefour daily shopping center brand, which is known as Hyperstar in Iran and operates under the Maf Pars management group, is currently one of the most prominent hypermarket brands in the world with 12,300 branches. Integrated management, wide presence in all parts of the world and high variety of products are the distinguishing points of Carrefour from other similar brands.

Rasht Citadium is designed as the largest shopping center in Rasht and surrounding cities with an anchor-based approach, and the presence of Hyperstar as one of the most prestigious global supermarket brands will lead to an increase in foot traffic, creating a sense of security and attractiveness for families. As the development manager of the Citadium complex, The One Iranian Company has decided to bring together all prominent brands in Iran in a strategic location in Rasht. For this purpose, in the design of the Citadium, all the necessary standards have been observed in order to have the presence of international brands in order to create a unique experience for all visitors.
