In line with the branding activities of Vitus residential project, The One Iranian company told the story of its residents in a creative and useful move.

The one , who is the exclusive marketing and development consultant of Vitus, told a story about the number of residential units in this tower for this project, which is located in the north of Iran and Nowshahr. This work is called modeling. Step by step, this process has its own reason and fruit and has the ability to learn and become a role model. During this process, The One printed the units of Vitus Towers on a banner and invited guests, various groups and colleagues of the company to write the story of the residents of the unit. The story of the units included how many people lived in that unit. How old were they and what was their job? Was their gender female or male? Were they single? How old were they and what was their job? With whom did they live in this unit? What times did they go to this unit? What were their favorite pastimes? What sports were included in their life plan? How was their relationship with modernity and social media? What was their income level? and….

In the first stage, we did not stop people’s creativity in any way and asked them to narrate what came to their mind.

In the second stage, we made the work a little more serious and according to the detailed information we had about each unit, we placed it next to the story of the residents of each unit. We have called this stage verification. We weighed the truth of the story that was written and applied the real limit at this stage. If the square footage of the unit did not match the income of the person, we changed that story and brought it to reality. These features, which were changed during validation, yielded original stories that brought us closer to our ultimate goal.

What are the occupations that can be occupied by this tower? What jobs can be pursued while traveling? Which family or families can afford Vitus units? What people are interested in having a second home? Which group of people who live in the north may buy a unit in this tower? Are people who have migrated the right option to buy these units? What effect do people’s beliefs have on choosing a house? In what categories did we place the cultural and social level of the residents? Do people use this unit for their work and meetings or for friendly parties? What are the common characteristics between the residents of this tower that introduces them to us? Of course, we went beyond these generalities and reached the layout of the building and the taste of its residents.

In the third stage, the stories in several categories were completely clear and clear in our hands. Now we knew who the audience of Vitus Nowshahr towers are and who they are not. The audience’s taste was the output of this stage and this output is completely useful for project architects. We provided the stories to the project architects, and after several meetings, the group still designed renderings of the project based on these scenarios, and again, these renderings were completed during the meetings. Renderings are images that can be seen and understood without any words. In other words, in these renderings, you can find the real life of the residents of the units.

In the fourth stage, the renderings were given to the sales team. The stories of the families are now going to go to the real world and find their place in the real world by the sales team. An idea from The One’s glass banner has now become a reality in the real world!

Vitus is a residential project in Nowshahr with 134 units and is defined in ten floors plus ground floor and parking.
