On the 27th of August 1403, in the second Bootcamp of the Rahkar, in the Azadi Innovation Factory of Haft and Hahst shared workspace, an entrepreneurship training workshop was held in a 4-hour session by engineer Anisi.

The instructor of this workshop was Mr. Bashir Anisi, the top entrepreneur of Tehran Province in the service sector, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Entrepreneurs Association of Tehran Province and the national winner of the Iranian Youth Festival in the service sector in the young entrepreneur branch.

What is the Rahkar?

The Rahkar is a 2-month talent-finding boot camp that includes theoretical courses, individual and group challenges, and a written program aimed at shaping creative and innovative entrepreneurs and startups.

This course is a combination of different methods of teaching, co-teaching, practice and group and individual activities, which is designed with the aim of discovering, growing and nurturing people’s talents, and so far two solutions have been held in Haft and Haft.

In fact, Rahkar is a talent acquisition path along with learning soft skills for everyone. A way to attract talented and creative people in every field of work for companies and a way for people to be present in the world of entrepreneurship.

In this workshop, students asked their questions to create their own business, got acquainted with the path of entrepreneurship and learned key points related to their career path and future.
