The One Iranian Company participated in the 4th International Strategy Management Conference at Razi International Conference Center. This exhibition was held on the 27th and 28th of January. The One participated in this exhibition with the aim of introducing her residential projects in Mazandaran province, which are being built by the country’s largest mass builder.

The marketing team of The One Iranian participated in this conference by providing comprehensive information related to Bam Chalus and Prestovi Babolsar projects. The one responded to the participants by distributing catalogs and CDs related to the projects.

One of the noteworthy points was the presence of senior managers of public and private organizations and companies and experts in the management sector of the country in the international conference on strategic management.

The One Iranian collected comprehensive information about the forecast of the construction industry activists by running the SMS competition regarding the conditions of the housing market in Iran. More than 80% of the invitees participated in this survey. The predictions of the participants about the changes in the housing market during the conference gave the atmosphere of the conference a special atmosphere.

Babolsar and Bam Chalus projects are being built by Maskan Shamal Investment Company in Mazandaran province. The beginning of The One’s cooperation with the respected employer of these two projects coincided with the beginning of the critical conditions of the housing market.
