Large shopping spaces such as hypermarket and hyperstar in urban areas have been receiving attention from customers for some time and are being developed…. What is important about the development of these spaces is considering the high standards of design for the considered spaces. Spaces such as docks, laboratories and laboratories, traffic routes, parking lots, common spaces, shopping spaces, etc. are things that should be seen in the development plans from the very beginning and all standards and design points should be observed for them.
Hyperstar store is the first chain store in Iran that has succeeded in obtaining the HACCP standard, this standard is aimed at securing food production processes and preventing accidents caused by food hygiene problems. The establishment of such a system has given Parastar stores the possibility to have proper and effective control during the processes of accepting products, storing and maintaining them. The advantage of this standardization is to create confidence in the customers of Haiprastar stores about the quality of the products that can be offered. By implementing such a system, it prevents any chemical, microbial and physical hazards that may cause damage to the customer in food products.
The high standards of Hapier stores and the great variety of items available in this store and the tendency of people to buy from them, have led to the presence of these spaces in a multi-purpose project, which will increase the foot traffic of people and increase the justification of the plan. These spaces are considered as one of the poles or magnets for the profitability of huge projects in the country. The arrival of hyperstar stores in Iran brought big changes in the field of chain stores, including: Importing a new culture of customer orientation, layout, sales strategy, variety of products, presentation and introduction of products (Promote, Sampling)… has followed.
The one Iranian Company, as a consultant and exclusive broker of the projects at hand, has always played a role in providing advice and profitable suggestions for the projects. Currently, with the investigations carried out regarding two huge multi-purpose projects – Shahriar Commercial Center located in Shahriar and Ahvaz project, he proposed to set up a hyperstar store as a crowd attractor in these two places.
In the continuation of the investigations necessary to set up the store by the experienced teams of each of the mentioned projects, a visit was made to the support departments of these stores on 07/03/1995 for the final summary.
The Moin Mall store located in Ostad Moin Blvd., which is in the category of Super Market stores, and the Saba Wafi store in South Kargar Street, which is in the category of Compact Market stores, were visited by technical and engineering teams. At the end, expressing satisfaction from both groups and sending maps related to Maf Pars company to investigate the possibility of setting up a store in these projects was on the agenda.
